Beef & Broccoli Ramen Noodle Recipe

Try this nice Ramen noodle recipe.

RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package beef ramen noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3/4 pound beef sirloin cubed
  • 1 onion cut in wedges
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut up
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Add seasoning packet. Brown beef in oil with garlic powder. Add onion and broccoli. Cook over medium heat until tender. Add soup
concentrate, 1/4 cup water and soy sauce. Simmer ten minutes. Serve over ramen noodles.

RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (beef or chicken), crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 pkg. sunflower seeds (optional)
RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together except the noodles and refrigerate a few hours.

DRESSING:
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Flavor packet from the noodles

RAMEN NOODLE CHICKEN SALAD

RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavored)
DRESSING:
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Flavor pkg. from Ramen
RAMEN NOODLE RECIPES INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together almonds and sesame seeds in pan. Brown in oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes.
Chop cabbage and add to other ingredients. Break in noodles (dry). Refrigerate. May double dressing if too dry...enjoy the ramen noodle !

RAMEN NOODLE SALAD RECIPE
A great ramen noodle recipe to try !
RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 head lettuce (pieces)
  • 6 to 8 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds (toasted)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles, uncooked & crumbled
DRESSING:
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • Seasoning mix from noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together lettuce and green onions. Add all other ingredients except noodles and almonds and set aside in an airtight container until serving. Blend together dressing. Just before serving, add dressing, almonds and ramen noodles to lettuce mixture. The ramen noodle recipe is ready to serves 6 persons...enjoy it !

ANDY'S RAMEN NOODLE SALAD

ANDY'S RAMEN NOODLE SALAD
A great ramen noodle recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
  • 2 (3 oz pkgs each) ramen noodles, flavor packets discarded
  • 8 oz boiled deli ham, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cups torn green leaf lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot of boiling water, cook broccoli until just tender, 3 minutes. drain, rinse under cold water until cool.
In a large bowl, combine salad dressing and 1/2 cup water. Break ramen noodles into 1-inch pieces. Add to dressing mix.
Add ham, tomatoes, and broccoli. Toss mix until evenly coated. Let stand until ramen noodles soften, 20-30 minutes.
Arrange lettuce on serving platter, top with noodle mix. The ramen noodle recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

Fruity Oriental Ramen Salad

Ramen Noodle Recipe Ingredients
* 1 head of iceberg lettuce
* 10 strawberries
* 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
* 1 tbsp of sugar
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 pear
* 1 apple
* 1 small can of mandarin orange segments
* raspberry salad dressing
* 1 pkg of oriental flavoured ramen noodles

RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the lettuce and break into bite size pieces in a large bowl.
Core and cut strawberries into slices. Place in small bowl, add in balsamic vinegar and sugar. Mix thoroughly and let sit for a few minutes to marinate.
Add 1 tsp of lemon juice to a medium sized bowl with 2 cups of cold water. Core and cut pear into bite size pieces. Place cut pieces in lemon water as you cut them to prevent browning. Remove pear from lemon water and place in bowl with lettuce. Core and cut apple into bite size pieces. Place cut pieces in lemon water as you cut them.
Remove apple from lemon water and place in bowl with lettuce.
Add marinated strawberries to bowl with lettuce. Add can of oranges to bowl with lettuce, including any juices. Add enough raspberry dressing to taste.
Crumble in entire package of ramen noodles and sprinkle in about half the seasoning. Mix together. Wait 5 minutes before serving to allow noodles to soften slightly. The ramen noodle recipe is ready to serve...great ! Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
* Chicken flavor ramen
* Olive oil
* Shredded Parmesan cheese
* Srichacha chili sauce
* Chopped onion
* Bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the chicken ramen, and be sure to break brick up well. Cook for the usual time, add seasoning after it finishes boiling. Allow the ramen to sit, covered, for a few minutes to absorb flavor and then drain the liquid. Next, add olive oil, and stir. Then add Srichacha chili sauce and stir very, very thoroughly. Finally, add chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Stir it all up and enjoy a very quick, easy recipe. As for amounts of each ingredient, do it to your own tastes. I use a lot of onion, cheese, and chili sauce, but not too much bread crumbs. A good starting point would be 1 tbsp of bread crumbs, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, and a few dashes of Sriracha to taste. The ramen recipe is ready to serve...enjoy !
